Payment Policy

Accepted methods and total price
We accept PayPal and credit cards supported at checkout. Availability can depend on the provider, transaction and location. The final currency, product charges, discounts, shipping, applicable taxes and total payment are shown before order submission. A payment method not displayed at checkout should not be assumed available.
Payment processing
Payment providers process transactions under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Your payment method may be authorized and charged during checkout according to the payment flow shown. We will not increase the agreed total without your authorization. If a transaction fails, contact your provider or try another supported method; check for a pending authorization before repeating payment.
If you see an apparent duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact us and your payment provider promptly. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords by email.
Currency and provider charges
The checkout currency controls the transaction. Your bank or provider may apply exchange rates or international transaction fees under its own terms. We do not control those charges. Any charge collected by us must be disclosed before payment.
Verification and refunds
We may request information reasonably needed to investigate suspected fraud, using a secure and proportionate process. If an order cannot lawfully be completed, any payment we are not entitled to retain will be refunded promptly.
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law and generally return to the original payment method. Promotional discounts are refunded based on the amount actually paid for the returned goods; lawful tax adjustments are included.
Payment disputes
Please contact Serve@ochisen.com if there is a problem so we can help. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising a valid PayPal, card-issuer or statutory dispute right. This policy does not shorten provider or legal deadlines.
