Payment & Order Cancellation Policy

Payments and currency

We accept PayPal and the credit-card options displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may depend on the transaction and provider. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise clearly indicated. Before you place your order, checkout shows the purchase price, applicable shipping charges, taxes collected by us, and the total payable to us.

Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees under your agreement with that provider. Those fees are not imposed by OKBuyOnline.

Payment authorization and order confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate. An order receipt confirms that we received your order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you promptly and cancel and refund the affected portion. We will not charge a revised price or substitute a different item without your agreement.

Payment providers may decline transactions or request verification. We may also seek proportionate information to investigate suspected fraud. Please do not send full card details or passwords by email.

Price and availability errors

If we discover a material price, availability, or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you and explain it. Where cancellation is legally permitted, you may accept the corrected terms or receive a refund. We will not unilaterally increase the price of an accepted order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellations and changes

Email Serve@okbuyonline.com immediately to request a cancellation or change. We will make reasonable efforts to help before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, ordinary cancellation may no longer be available and the Return & Refund Policy will apply. Legally required cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Approved cancellations before dispatch receive a refund of the amounts paid for the canceled goods, including applicable taxes and related delivery charges. We initiate these refunds within 5 business days of confirmation or a shorter legally required period. Required refunds for shipment delays follow the separate deadlines in the Shipping Policy.

Payment disputes

You are welcome to contact us to resolve an unfamiliar or disputed charge, but doing so is not a condition of exercising rights through PayPal, your card issuer, or a regulator. Please observe your payment provider's dispute deadlines; contacting us does not pause them. We will coordinate any refund already issued to avoid duplicate reimbursement of the same amount.
